1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to IKSVP for any course, camp, workshop, event, or related service are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a transaction has been completed—whether online or offline—the amount paid shall not be refunded, reversed, or adjusted against any future event or offering.

2. Non-Transferable Payments
All payments are non-transferable. Once you register for a course or event, the amount cannot be transferred to another participant, course, or event, even in case of cancellation, withdrawal, or absence.

3. Cancellations by Participants
If you decide to cancel your participation after payment, you will not be eligible for any refund. This includes, but is not limited to, situations arising from personal issues, travel delays, medical conditions, or change of mind.

4. Cancellations by IKSVP
IKSVP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, event, or camp due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or low enrollment). In such cases, IKSVP may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative course or event of equivalent value. However, monetary refunds will not be issued.

5. Technical or Payment Gate way Errors
If a technical error or double payment occurs during the transaction process, please notify us immediately at info@iksvp.com along with payment proof (transaction ID, date, and screenshot). Upon verification, IKSVP may process a correction or adjustment only in genuine cases where duplicate payments are confirmed.

6. Third-Party Payments
IKSVP is not responsible for any delays, fees, or failures in transactions made through third-party payment gateways, banks, or online services. Participants must contact their payment provider directly for resolution of such issues.

7. Acknowledgment
By proceeding with payment for any IKSVP course, camp, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. You understand that all transactions are final and non-refundable.

8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
